Top 5 Foods for Fat Burn


If we look at how much we spend a year on fat loss or slim down products, we see that it’s not worth it and nothing works. But we forget that there are ways in which we can make ourselves slim down or lose fat. I don’t believe in slim down products (I’m not saying there aren’t some few that work) i believe in eating right.
Healthy diets build bones, prevent us from chronic diseases, improves the eyesight, and even keep mind sharp. Research has it that healthy diets can also help  reduce fat in our body.
There is a list of foods listed on this article that have been recommended as fat burning foods.

Salmons

High protein, good essential fats and low mercury content unlike most fish. It also contains high omega-3 fatty acids, and high vitamin D, it’s a source of DHA and EPA, which are important for brain function and structure. Salmon is low in calories and saturated fat, which helps to promote weight-loss.

Apples

If we remember the proverb that says  ”An apple a day keeps the doctor away.”, which defines the health effects of the fruit. Apples are also high in fiber and also high in pectin, which binds with water and limits the amount of fat your cells can absorb. Apple peels contain ursolic acid which, in rat studies, increases skeletal muscle and brown fat, and decreases white fat, obesity, glucose intolerance, and fatty liver disease. Apple contains 126 calories which is a source of energy.

Avocado

Avocados are commercially valuable and are cultivated in tropical and Mediterranean climates throughout the world. Avocados mostly have diverse fats. Almost all of an avocado’s calories come from fat basically 75%, most of which is monounsaturated fat. Monounsaturated fat are simply fats that have one double-bonded (unsaturated) carbon in the molecule. Olive oil is an example of monosaturated fat. And they are also good for the health because when eaten they replace saturated fats or trans fats and they also help in reduction of  harmful cholestrol level in the blood and also help prevent heart disease. We might be asking ‘how is it possible a food with fat can help you lose weight’. Well that is because this fat is because due to the high level of calories in an avocado, it is stored as energy giving compared to foods which are stored as fats in the body instead of working in our body system.

Egg

Eggs are high in protein and they provide  all essential amino acids for humans which is a source of complete protein.  The egg yolk contains up to 60 Calories (250 kilojoules); the egg white contains about 15 Calories (60 kilojoules).  The egg also supplies several vitamins and minerals, which are the Vitamins A, D, and E and most of this vitamins are found in the yolk. It also contains all of the choline and choline helps in brain development and highly recommended for pregnant and nursing women for good health and also in developing the brain.
Eggs contain high-quality protein and increasing your protein intake might boost fat burning, eggs also increase fat loss by improve in satiety (Satiety is a state or condition of fullness gratified beyond the point of satisfaction).

Oatmeal

Oatmeal provides the body with long  lasting energy that keeps you going for a long period of time, It can also help you burn fat. Oats are high in soluble fiber, so they cut cholesterol and blood fat. And these food has the required supplements to keep you filled up after been eaten. It also contains healthy fats, such as GLA, which has properties that enhance the health. It also lowers cholesterol level and also delays appetite.
